- Execute administrative tasks including mail processing, supply inventory, and document management
- Support office operations through travel coordination and vendor relationship management
- Implement security protocols with visitor badge issuance and access control
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
