Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer general inquiries and route calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for medical professionals and staff using our digital calendar systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing meeting materials.
- Process expense reports and monitor office supply inventory to ensure we are always stocked.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus for this location.
