Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel or waiting areas.
- Phone Operations: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with a friendly voice; take accurate and detailed messages.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of communication for the office, disseminating information to staff efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage packages, and perform general filing and data entry tasks.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-desk role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
