Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized individual to manage our front desk operations, ensuring a smooth experience for patients, visitors, and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with a warm and professional demeanor, greeting all visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages and transferring them to the correct department.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar, ensuring no double bookings.
- Process incoming mail, faxes, and packages, and distribute them to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting rooms.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparation of meeting rooms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
