Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication Hub: Answer and screen incoming calls, route inquiries accurately, and take detailed messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage couriers, and assist with data entry and filing.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms and equipment.
- Customer Service: Address visitor inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for clients and staff.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
