Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception including greeting visitors, answering/multitasking phone lines, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, conference rooms, and executive calendars
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security passes
- Support administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with onboarding new employees and orientation materials
- Collaborate with HR and department heads on administrative projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
