Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call handling, visitor screening, and mail distribution
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics for executive team
- Maintain accurate office supply inventory and coordinate vendor relationships
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding paperwork and benefits administration
- Implement data entry protocols for CRM system and maintain digital filing systems
- Coordinate office events and ensure common areas present professional appearance
- Act as primary liaison for building maintenance and security services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication skills with polished phone etiquette
