Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate office access protocols
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate meeting schedules and conference room bookings
- Maintain reception area appearance and supplies inventory
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing)

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
