- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure seamless event logistics
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff with a warm, professional demeanor
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with general facility upkeep
- Support HR functions including onboarding coordination and employee inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
