Responsibilities

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier deliveries and package handling.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in scheduling appointments for staff.
- Assist in organizing company events, parties, and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator in a corporate or professional setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
