Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars, and handle appointment scheduling for executives.
- Record Keeping: Maintain the reception area, lobby, and common areas to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Customer Service: Assist employees and guests with inquiries and provide general office support as needed.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with building management and service vendors as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
