Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain executive appointment systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and report preparation
- Support office supply inventory management and procurement processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
