Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, screening calls, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate executive calendars and schedule meetings across multiple departments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office inventory/supplies
- Assist with onboarding procedures and new employee orientation
- Maintain secure visitor log system and issue access badges
- Support administrative tasks like document preparation and data entry
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment logistics and interview coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
