Responsibilities
- Manage professional switchboard operations, directing 50+ calls daily
- Coordinate visitor check-in process with digital badge system
- Oversee conference room scheduling for 15+ spaces
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with tracking
- Maintain digital filing systems with zero tolerance for errors
- Assist with onboarding new hires and orientation materials
- Collaborate with HR on vendor contract renewals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate reception experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven multitasking ability in fast-paced settings
- Professional phone etiquette with conflict resolution skills
- High typing speed (55+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred
- CRM software experience (Salesforce a plus)
