Responsibilities

- Create quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and optimization
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum computational systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum implementation best practices
- Document architectural blueprints and quantum integration guidelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- 5+ years experience with distributed systems and cloud-native development
