Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms optimized for error correction and scalability beyond 2026 requirements
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Develop patent-pending quantum hardware interfaces for cloud integration
- Model quantum computational workflows for drug discovery and materials science applications
- Create roadmaps for achieving quantum advantage in AI training pipelines
- Advise C-suite on quantum adoption strategies for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design on platforms like IBM Q or Rigetti
- Expertise in topological quantum computing and qubit stabilization techniques
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science journals on quantum information theory
- Familiarity with NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architecture blueprints
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum computing research grants
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC project)
