Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Automate deployment pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud security posture through IAM policies, VPC design, and monitoring tools
- Lead incident response and system resilience initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define DevOps requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, GKE)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, CISSP preferred)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Ability to work independently across time zones
