Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead the integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for 2026-era infrastructure
- Collaborate with AI teams to create quantum-accelerated machine learning models
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence challenges in real-world deployments
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum roadmap
- Strong background in Python/C++ and quantum circuit optimization
