What You'll Accomplish: Lead the architectural design of quantum processors, optimize qubit stability algorithms, and develop error-correction frameworks that push beyond current quantum supremacy thresholds. Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 1000+ qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical processing frameworks
- Lead error-correction protocol implementation for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems
- Author quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum systems
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) preferred
