Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone system, and routing inquiries
- Coordinate calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy in CRM platforms
- Assist with new employee onboarding including badge preparation and workspace setup
- Coordinate office events and maintain common area presentation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate reception or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Associate degree or equivalent vocational certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) a plus
