Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet and assist all visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package logistics
- Maintain immaculate reception area appearance
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Assist with office supply inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor with polished presentation
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak hours
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
