Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing
- Greet visitors and coordinate meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Maintain digital filing systems and document management
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and new hire coordination
- Coordinate vendor relationships for facility services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software (Calendly preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
