Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and assembly lines to ensure smooth production flow.
- Inspect finished products for quality control defects and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Package goods securely for shipment and prepare necessary shipping documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform routine equipment checks and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States or require an EB3 Visa to be hired.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
