Responsibilities
- Assembly Operations: Perform manual assembly and manufacturing tasks according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products and components to ensure they meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic manufacturing machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to adhere to 5S standards and OSHA regulations.
- Reporting: Monitor production lines for defects and promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the shift supervisor.
- Inventory Support: Assist in the accurate counting and organization of raw materials and finished goods.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Language: Basic English comprehension and communication skills are required.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus but not required.
