Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed assembly and production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet strict industry standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized in accordance with company hygiene policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English comprehension for safety instructions and teamwork communication.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Interest in pursuing an EB3 Visa sponsorship program for unskilled labor.
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio facility.
