Responsibilities
- Perform assembly line tasks and manufacturing operations according to established safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new operational procedures quickly.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills (reading and speaking).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Eligibility for EB3 visa sponsorship (Green Card sponsorship).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not always required.
