Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and professional networks to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct professional phone screens, technical interviews, and debriefs with candidates and hiring managers.
- Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs, culture, and specific technical requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough research on salary benchmarks and market trends within the San Diego tech landscape.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data entry in our ATS.
- Offer Management: Assist in extending offers and negotiating terms to ensure a smooth transition for successful hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, Staffing, or HR.
- ATS Proficiency: Must be proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to screen candidates effectively and professionally.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and knowledge of technical roles (Software Engineering, QA, Product Management).
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines and KPIs.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to San Diego, CA.
