Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume sourcing and screening of candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, QA).
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and company career pages.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and candidate statuses.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to hiring managers.
- Build a talent pipeline through networking and proactive outreach.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid part-time capacity.
