Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for engineering, product, and design roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media networking, to identify top-tier talent.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to meet hiring demands.
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling job descriptions and employer branding strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong ability to identify hard-to-fill technical roles and screen candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
