Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals relocating to San Diego, including housing assistance, school searches, and neighborhood tours
- Build and maintain relationships with tech companies in San Diego's key innovation hubs (UTC, Sorrento Valley, Downtown)
- Develop personalized relocation plans based on candidates' technical specialties and lifestyle preferences
- Conduct market research on San Diego's tech scene to provide insights on industry clusters and growth opportunities
- Facilitate cultural integration through local tech community events and networking opportunities
- Track relocation metrics and provide feedback to improve candidate experiences
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment with company relocation policies and tech role requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, relocation coordination, or tech industry support
- Deep knowledge of San Diego's tech landscape, including major employers and startup ecosystems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse tech professionals
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, Global Mobility Solutions)
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex relocation challenges
- Familiarity with visa sponsorship processes for international tech talent
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Certification in Global Mobility (GPHR, CRP) highly desirable
