Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting and account management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues escalated by clients.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate starters.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
