- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service issues and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and propose solutions.
- Provide product training and resources to new and existing customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product features and company policies.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for support teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
