Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical bugs.

Qualifications
