Responsibilities
- Coordinate client relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and utility setups
- Provide personalized city orientation tours highlighting Wichita's amenities and neighborhoodsAssist with document processing, visa applications, and relocation paperwork
- Build and maintain relationships with local service providers (real estate, schools, movers)
- Track relocation milestones and maintain detailed client records in CRM system
- Conduct follow-up satisfaction surveys and implement improvement suggestions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, relocation, or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Wichita neighborhoods, schools, and local resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Valid Kansas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
