Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system issues including desktops, servers, and cloud services
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Support office technology setup and maintenance events
- Contribute to IT system upgrades and patch management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in IT support/help desk environments
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting
- Valid work authorization in the US (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
