Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications using microservices
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Lead technical planning for product roadmap initiatives
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical debt
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Proven track record of shipping production systems
