Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across 500+ endpoints
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement security protocols (MFA, encryption, endpoint protection)
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with DevOps on automation scripts using PowerShell/Python
- Lead cross-departmental IT training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with cloud exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure fundamentals
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to remote sites
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting
