Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise systems and user devices
- Deploy and maintain Windows/Linux environments across hybrid infrastructure
- Monitor network security protocols and respond to incident alerts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in 6-month intensive training covering CompTIA Network+/AWS certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues
