Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wireless network infrastructure.
- Assist users with password resets, email configuration, and application access.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and data backups.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with basic Linux administration and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT, H4, etc.).
