Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues including Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms
- Assist with system installations, upgrades, and security patches

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of hands-on IT support experience
