Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure and security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues
- Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Lead cross-departmental IT projects and vendor management
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure system compliance

- Analyze performance metrics and recommend system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Solutions Architect
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
