Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests at our downtown hospitality venue
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to all company policies and H2B visa regulations
Qualifications
- Must hold valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong teamwork orientation and reliability
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 6+ hours per shift
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to attend paid orientation and training
