Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (lettuce, herbs, peppers) using industry-standard techniques
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems

- Assist with post-harvest handling and packaging
- Participate in team-based field operations and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
