Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, harvesting, and sorting produce according to quality standards.
- Load, unload, and transport agricultural products safely using hand tools and basic machinery.
- Assist in packing and palletizing goods for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all H2A visa regulations and company safety protocols strictly.
- Work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or hold valid H2A status.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety guidelines.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site in Philadelphia, PA.
