Responsibilities
- Perform essential agricultural tasks, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops efficiently.
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and farm equipment safely and according to guidelines.
- Ensure all safety protocols and H2A regulations are strictly followed on the job site.
- Load and unload materials, products, or equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (if applicable).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to operate standard farm equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
