Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Monitor crop health and report irregularities
- Maintain field cleanliness and proper irrigation systems
- Assist with planting, weeding, and pruning tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Document daily work activities and yield reports
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to farm location
- Previous farm experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
