Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, and row crops) using proper techniques
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform field maintenance activities including planting, weeding, and pruning
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist with packing and loading harvested produce
- Maintain accurate field records and production logs
- Participate in team-based farm operations during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/harvest experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for safety compliance
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to worksite
