Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops (e.g., berries, vegetables) according to established schedules.
- Pack, grade, and prepare products for shipment to meet strict quality standards.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist in irrigation systems and general field maintenance.
- Follow all H2A regulations, company safety protocols, and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2A visa sponsorship available).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long hours.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings.
