Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment, including tractors and harvesters, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops with precision and care.
- Inspect crops and fields regularly to ensure quality standards are met and to identify any potential issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a secure workplace for all employees.
- Load and unload raw materials, tools, and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily production goals and workflow requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa or proof of legal work eligibility in the United States.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
