Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior technical team while ensuring the customer feels supported.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on common user pain points.
- Stay updated on product features and updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
